Customers can order with confidence and peace of mind knowing that their money will never be wasted on a product that is not authentic. All the Customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD (Cash on delivery) in Pakistan, the courier company will not allow the customer and courier person to open the package before the payment has been made.
You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only if the bottle is damaged or the inner content is not according to what is claimed on the bottle.
The process and terms and conditions to return and get an exchange is as under:
- A video MUST be provided on opening the product to claim any refund or exchange.
- Product Exchange is only processed if the product is damaged or the seal is broken or the capsule count is not according to the mentioned.
- Exchange or refund must be informed with the video evidence within 1 day at our given contact information, and must be returned within 7 days.
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 days after receiving the product.
- The customer must provide the order number.
- The customer is entitled to send back us the product in the proper packaging.
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Change of mind is not applicable Or products will not be refunded or exchanged for issues like allergic reactions, gastric problems, or diarrhea.
